The DFW Urgent Care Discount Card offers the consumer tremendous savings on ALL services offered at DFW Urgent
Care. It also allows you to fix your expenses over the course of a year.
No exceptions, no gimmicks. Our membership plans provide for savings of 20% - 100% of routine costs.
By purchasing the DFW Urgent Care Discount Card, you can be seen for any of the services provided by DFW
Urgent Care. The Board Certified Emergency Physicians of DFW Urgent Care are able to see the overwhelming
majority of common patient complaints, just like they do in an emergency room setting. However, DFW Urgent
Care recommends that true life threatening illnesses and injuries are seen in the emergency room.

Services Not Offered at DFW Urgent Care
Although DFW Urgent Care is staffed by Board Certified Emergency Physicians, certain illnesses
and conditions are best seen in an Emergency Room setting. The following services will not be covered
by the Discount Plan or otherwise seen at DFW Urgent Care:
- Abdominal pain and cramping during pregnancy
- Amputation of any type
- Complicated fractures (multiple fractures, bone exposure, gross deformity)
- Drowning or near drowning
- Electrical shocks
- Falls greater than 8 feet
- High speed motor vehicle accidents or those with death or ejected occupants at the scene
- Laboratory testing recommended but performed outside a DFW Urgent Care facility
- Loss of altered level of consciousness (syncope or near-syncope)
- Loss of vision
- Pediatric fever above 102.2 above 3 months of age
- Pediatric fever above 100.4 below 3 months of age
- Penetrating trauma of any type
- Seizures
- Severe abdominal pain
- Severe, uncontrolled bleeding
- Severe, life-threatening allergic reactions
- Severe burns
- Severe respiratory distress or choking
- Signs or symptoms of a heart attack
- Signs or symptoms of a stroke
